Appointments: Although we accommodate walk-in
guests, please make an appointment in advance to
make sure your preferred time is available.
Check-In: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to
your first scheduled visit to allow enough time to
fill out client forms. We kindly ask that all cell
phones be turned off in order for you to enjoy your
experience without interruptions.
Attire: Spa guests are provided with a robe
and slippers. All jewelry should be removed prior to
spa treatments.
About Your Health: Please consult with your
physician before having a treatment if you have any
concerns.
Age Requirements: Guests under 18 years of
age must be accompanied by a parent or responsible
adult.
Cancellation or Late Policies: We request the
courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all
spa services so that we may schedule another guest
in your place. Late arrivals will not receive
an extension of scheduled services.
Payment Options: We accept Visa, Master Card,
Debit Cards, Checks, and Cash. Sales tax or gratuity
is not included. Returned checks are subject to a
$35.00 return check charge.
Gift Certificates & Prices: Gift Certificates
are non-refundable and must be presented at time of
service. They are guaranteed for purchased dollar
value as service prices may change without notice.
